November Founder Highlights: Thanksgiving Edition 🦃

Hey All,
Wishing you and your families a Happy Thanksgiving! Every month this group gets a little bigger, and it’s been awesome seeing people actually collaborate, invest, hire, and test early builds with each other.
This issue features two different missions, but both feel very much in the spirit of this community. Paulean is taking travel planning and turning it into something you can fully hand off. Spectra is tackling the one thing everyone in space and satellite knows is broken but almost nobody wants to touch: spectrum. Two teams who are solving real problems they’ve experienced firsthand.
As always, if you’re building, raising, hiring, or want to plug in more deeply, just reply or reach out. And if you know someone from the broader Tesla ecosystem who would get value from this, send them this way!

Hey everyone — sharing something quietly with this group.
I’ve been building a system that lets you fully delegate your travel booking — not just get recommendations, but actually have everything booked for you with zero planning on your end. Flights, hotels, dining, local essentials — handled end-to-end.
This is our MVP release, and I’d love early feedback from people who understand high-precision systems. First 10 people get 25% off with code: XLSAMVP
Try it here: mvp.paulean.com
A bit of context: I previously worked in supply chain and manufacturing at Tesla, and later led Trust & Safety at Airbnb. I’m applying manufacturing principles (assembly design, error-proofing, quality loops) to build an AI you can truly delegate to at 100% accuracy. Travel is the first domain.
For this MVP, I’m trying to learn three things:
1. Do people find it valuable to fully delegate their travel booking?
2. Is the experience clear, smooth, and trustworthy?
3. How do users interact with the assembly selector page (and where does it break)?
If you’re open to trying it, your feedback would mean a lot — this group understands operational precision better than anyone.
We’re planning to open a family & friends round in December, and this community will be included in that outreach. The goal is to gather learnings now, roll out a more integrated beta (including expensing workflows) in Q1, and then raise pre-seed.
Appreciate any eyes on the MVP — and thank you in advance for helping shape the early version.
Spectra 📡
From the Founders:
Hi Everyone!
Ari and I recently launched Spectra (still in stealth) — a project that grew out of years of frustration working in satellite communications and spectrum management. Between us, we’ve built and operated nearly 200 satellites, run multi-mission defense programs, and lived the pain points firsthand: spectrum licenses that take 24 months and cost hundreds of thousands, bandwidth congestion from megaconstellations, and comms systems that are increasingly vulnerable to interference and jamming.
We’re building a software platform to modernize how RF spectrum is accessed, managed, and shared. Our platform will shorten licensing timelines, enable dynamic spectrum sharing, and strengthen communications resilience across government and commercial networks.
We’re now looking for a founding engineer to help shape the foundation of this platform — designing data systems that can handle fragmented, high-stakes datasets and helping us build the core of modern spectrum infrastructure. The problems are hard, the mission is critical, and the impact is global.
If this resonates, drop me a note at [email protected] — I’d love to chat.
